The client was undertaking a large-scale IT CRM/ERP transformation project across MENA region that affected all the company offices.
For this project we had to headhunt potential sources throughout the globe, as many of the roles required a niche IT skill set that was in limited supply within the MENA Region.
Our researchers spend long and hard conducting detailed research on similar implementations and market mapped candidates from more mature financial markets who held the required technical skills set.
We provided the client with both local and international salary survey information that enabled them to set salary bandings, benefits and packages for the roles, as some of positions ended up being hired both on a contract (outsourced basis) due to such niche skillset.
We successfully fulfilled all positions to the client specifications and assisted the client with the onboarding of the candidates.
