A leading CRM/ERP Tech Giant was expanding their operations to the region on the back of several global clients wins that led them to the MENA region. 

Our Approach and Solution

We initially focused on the company set-up where we provided the client with guidance in terms of the free zone and licensing options that were available to them.  We then connected them with a variety of legal partners who them to establish an entity.  

In parallel we did a market mapping exercise for the them based on a set of job descriptions and positions that they were hiring for, that targeted competitors of theirs in the local marketplace.      

We then produced a salary survey for the above vacancies and while also rewriting the job specifications based on the local marketplace to assist with the hiring process.

We then undertook a full 360 recruitment campaign on the above roles, which relied on a mix of target headhunting of candidates as well as calling upon our network of passive candidates.  We successfully identified candidates for each of the vacancies within the target timeframe set out by the client.
