Multiple agencies in the PR, Ad, Media, Digital arenas require all types of talent from Media Directors, Programmatic, Data, PR, Creative, Social Media, Digital PMs, Performance, UX/UI, etc.
Once we understood the JD, soft skills, culture and values they sought, we spoke with the hiring managers and HR for the relevant agencies for any other crucial info and insight to help us filter the right candidates and resources.
Depending on the parameters of the multiple vacancies in hand, we then proceeded to conduct the mapping process which considers the companies and/or industries that have the relevant talent, regional knowledge and understanding of the industry (and in specific instances we successfully tapped into global markets).
In addition to our network, we did not refrain from using other sourcing channels in parallel; ATS, talent pipelining (which is constant), Linkedin and online advertising to make sure we use the technology available to source the best talent.
