HR Source was approached by one of the region’s largest, dominant home-grown media companies to act as a recruitment partner for its newly-formed digital unit, set up to compete with the big tech giants.

Our Approach

After a comprehensive meeting with senior personnel, the client recognised our reputation and experience in hiring strong digital talent within the advertising spectrum. The meeting gave us an understanding of the JD, soft skills, culture and values they sought. We also spoke with the hiring managers for any other crucial info and insight to help us filter the right candidates and resources. 

With the parameters of the vacancies in hand, we then proceeded to conduct a mapping process which  considers the companies and/or industries that have the relevant talent, regional knowledge and understanding of the sector/industry (and in agreement from the client we also tapped into global markets for the talent).

In addition to our network, we did not refrain from using other sourcing channels in parallel; ATS, talent pipelining (which is constant), LinkedIn and online advertising, to make sure we use the technology available to source the best talent.
