HR Source was approached by one of the top global ad tech companies in the world to act as an HR partner for its regional setup and recruitment requirements. 

Our Approach

Upon understanding the JD, soft skills, culture and values they sought, we met with senior management and talent acquisition personnel to gather crucial information and insight in helping us filter the right candidates and resources.

Once we had the parameters of the vacancies in hand, we then proceeded to conduct the mapping process which considers the companies and/or industries that have the relevant talent, regional/in country knowledge and understanding of the industry sector.

In addition to our network, we did not refrain from using other sourcing channels in parallel; ATS, talent pipelining (which is constant), LinkedIn and online advertising, to make sure we use the technology available to source the best talent.
