HR Source was approached by one of the big tech companies globally to act as a recruitment partner.
We understood the JD, soft skills, culture and values they were seeking, we met and spoke with the TA managing the assignment and the hiring manager for any other crucial info and insight to help us filter the right candidates and resources.
Once the parameters of the vacancy were in hand, we then proceeded to conduct the mapping process which considered the companies and/or industries that have the relevant talent, regional knowledge and understanding of the sector/industry (and in this permitted instance from the client we tapped into global markets for the talent)
In addition to our network, we do refrain from using other sourcing channels in parallel; ATS, talent pipelining (which is constant), LinkedIn and online advertising to make sure we use the technology available to source the best talent.
