Global tech giant was looking to strengthen its regional strategy by adopting a Centre of Excellence for its group business.

Our Approach and Solution

We met with the client and received detailed brief of the project and expectations.  The client needed assistance in number of areas which included market mapping and intelligence, salary benchmarking and the recruitment of the desired resources.   

We began the global market intelligence and mapping exercise against the criteria given to us by the client.  In parallel we started to benchmark the job descriptions with salary market intelligence from the designated target countries.  Once the grades and packages were agreed by the client, we then began to draw up shortlists for each position.   Once selected we were involved in the interview panel with the client which enabled us to fine tune the process and add value to efficiency of the campaign.   Due to the nature of some of the positions and status of some of the candidates, we advised the client to employ some of the selected hires on a contract to permanent basis, which provided the client with some welcomed flexibility. 

The project lasted for approximately 4 month and we were able to hire for each position and assisted the client with references and onboarding of all candidates.

  • We hired 5 COE across multiple technology areas.
