HR Source Luxury division was instructed by an existing client’s Paris HQ on undertaking a Confidential Pan-European (London, Milan & Germany) recruitment assignment
The Head of Luxury Retail from HR Source visited Paris HQ to understand and plan timeframes for hires. This opportunity allowed to further qualify the job description and cultural dynamics directly with European Retail Director.
Information from the meeting combined with legacy relationship we have with the brand was the perfect partnership for both parties.
We internally assigned each region, country to our Luxury team for market mapping on existing talent. Our vast database but importantly the personal network across Europe is the greatest asset utilized by our recruitment team.
In addition to the already established network we were permitted by the brand to advertise without exposing brand identity. LinkedIn is one of many tools we used for sourcing and contacting suitable candidates.
The process was conducted by our Luxury Team both in person and over videoconference when screening candidates.
