The strategy included an international search and a comprehensive database search of local markets which also included bespoke media and advertising campaigns. HR Source conducted a thorough face-to-face and telephone candidate screening service, followed by a tailored interview process to best suit the bank.

Ensuring that HR Source consultants thoroughly researched the digital banking and Fintech market meant that a number of suitable high-quality candidates were presented to the client. We manage all pre-employment screening for the bank including psychometric testing, credit and reference checks.

HR Source hand held and managed for the client its local labor affairs. We consolidated extensive information on Freezone laws, advantages of setting up operations in different Business Districts, and regulatory requirements. Parallel to assistance with recruitment, our teams gave an in-depth analysis on salary benchmarks and surveys.

Our in-house expert Talent teams formulated an interview process that would consist of carefully analysed processes distinct to each divisions of the organisation (Tech, sales, marketing).
