An existing client, American Luxury beauty brand with who HR Source Luxury Team have a long relationship with were assigned on a European and Middle East hiring project.
The brands New York and Paris senior management visited Dubai for a meeting to discuss the entire programme. HR Source Luxury team reviewed the Job details and shared the challenges and educate on cultural differences we would encounter compared to Europe.
There was extreme sensitivity on all the roles and needed filling within 10-12 week timeframe for all locations.
